Tyler graduated from Cheatham County Central High School in 2000 with honors. In 1999 he earned the FFA state farmer award in agribusiness. Tyler then graduated from Lipscomb University in 2004 with degrees in Finance/Economics & Management.   He started working for Dickens Supply in 1996 doing warehouse duties on a part-time basis, and has been employed ever since. Tyler is Dickens Supply's Equipment and Parts Manager.
