Jason Benefield graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1999 with a bachelors degree in grounds management and was hired as the assistant superintendent of The Tennessean Golf Club.  He worked there for about a year  and a half before being promoted to golf course superintendent.  After spending two years in this role he  accepted the superintendent’s position at Indian Hills Golf Club in Murfreesboro. Jason spent 5 years at Indian Hills Golf Course before he accepted the job as Manager of Dickens Turf and Landscape Supply, Murfreesboro location.
